You Just Can’t Leave… or Return Fast Enough

The King Solomon Hotel not only accommodates short-term visitors but long-term travellers too. Many long termers who are working in the Solomons opt to stay at our hotel because they don’t have to rent a car to get around and they prefer the value of our room prices and dining options. Just about everything is within walking distance. We’re proud to note that our longest long-term tenant has stayed with us for over 10 years… who’s practically family now!

NGO and Government workers

Many of our hotel guests are government advisers who stay with us for longer terms. We also house many transit visitors who lodge in the city for a few days before travelling out to the provinces. Many pilots from Solomon Airlines live on the premises permanently. Here’s a little secret, our hotel bar supports a vibrant expat community of ‘those-in-the-know’ and it’s one of the best ways to get up to speed quickly in all things Solomon… once people make friends, so many just want to stay here all the time.
